Drama As Kaduna Gov-Elect Vows To Challenge PDP’s Results

                                

The Kaduna State Governor- elect, Senator Uba Sani, has said he'll challenge some election results where the opposition Peoples Democratic Party( PDP) won with unconceivable perimeters.
The governor- elect, who spoke with the Hausa Service of the BBC which was covered in Kaduna, expressed surprise that the PDP won some original government areas( LGAs) with “ bogus numbers ”.

Sani, who queried under the All Revolutionaries Congress( APC), said he'd go to the choices Petition Tribunal to dispute the PDP’s palm in those areas, adding that after the verdict, the periphery of palm between him and Isa Ashiru, the PDP seeker, would widen.

It'll be recalled that Sani was declared the winner by the Returning Officer for Kaduna State andVice-Chancellor of the Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto,Prof. Lawal Bilbis, on Monday.

According to the election results, Sani polled a aggregate of,002 votes to master his closest rival, Ashiru, who polled,196 votes, with a difference of,806 votes.




The governor- elect who said the choices were marred by irregularities in areas where the PDP won, gave the illustration of Chikun LGA, where the opposition got over,000 votes, describing the numbers as unconceivable.

He recalled that in 2011, he lost the Kaduna Central senatorial election and his sympathizers prompted him to go to court but he refused, believing that that wasn't his time, adding that “ as God conscious it, I came assemblyman in 2019. ”

The governor- elect expressed confidence that he'd be victorious at the choices Petition Tribunal where the opposition promised to challenge his palm, adding that he'll also go to court to challenge the PDP’s “ bogus palm ” in some LGAs.
