BREAKING: EndSARS Slaughter: SERAP To Sue Buhari, Requests Arraignment Of Officials Who Shot peaceful protesters

SERAP said it is suing Buhari to propel the  of soldiers and cops associated with shooting EndSARS protesters at Lekki Tollgate in Lagos State. 

Following the report by the Lagos State Judicial Panel prosecuting the Nigerian armed force and cops in the shooting of serene protesters at Lekki tollgate, The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project, SERAP, has declared that it is recording a claim against President Buhari's administration. 

SERAP said it is suing Buhari to propel the capture of soldiers and cops associated with shooting EndSARS protesters at Lekki Tollgate in Lagos State. 

In a progression of tweets, the body encouraged the Buhari government to force installment of restitution to casualties. 

Revealing that it would document the suit on Wednesday, SERAP said the EndSARS Panel report would fill in as a component of its proof. 

As indicated by SERAP:- 

"Kindly demonstrate your support to join the suit by sending your names. 

"We're filing the suit first thing tomorrow first thing; so kindly demonstrate your advantage 

"We're likewise circling back to our appeal dated 21 October 2020 to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court by sending today a duplicate of the report of Lagos #EndSARS Panel as extra data and proof." 

In June 2020, Soldiers and cops had shot some EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Tollgate in Lagos State. 

The episode had prompted an inescapable dissent the nation over. 

A board was subsequently set up to test the episode and it presented its report yesterday.
