The Independent National electoral commission @inecnigeria took to their twitter page today asking Nigerian whether they have their PVC or not and this post appeared first on all Nigeria latest news alabosi blog.
Those who have PVC will be eligible to vote for their preferred candidate but those who doesn't have will not be eligible and they tag its #NigeriaDecides2019.
